Springfield Cardinals Announce Front Office Changes for 2026 Season! (2026)

The Springfield Cardinals, a Double-A affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals, are gearing up for the 2026 season with a series of strategic changes and promotions within their front office. This move is aimed at enhancing community engagement and fan experience, with a focus on recognizing and empowering key team members.

Dan Reiter, General Manager, expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming season, highlighting the promotions of Angela Deke and Zack Pemberton to Vice President roles. These promotions come after decades of dedication to the organization's growth.

Angela Deke, Vice President of Ticket & Business Operations, has been with the team since its inception in 2005. In her new role, she'll oversee ticket operations, act as a senior advisor to the General Manager, manage human resources and finances, and serve as a fiduciary between the front office and Delaware North, the food and beverage provider.

Zack Pemberton, Vice President of Ticket Sales & Marketing, is stepping into his 17th season with Springfield. His new role involves leading the Ticket Sales and Marketing departments, aligning strategies, and ensuring seamless collaboration. He'll also continue working with non-profit organizations and premium ticket accounts while managing corporate partnerships.

Regina Hess, Director of Marketing, takes on new responsibilities, overseeing marketing initiatives and working closely with ticketing and corporate sales. She'll also continue her gameday responsibilities, ensuring fan entertainment and experience.

Levi Smith, Senior Manager of Ticket Sales, marks his fifth season with the Cardinals. In this role, he'll oversee the full-time sales staff, manage RED Access Membership and group ticket initiatives, and lead ideation for theme tickets, deals, and packages.

Tysen Hathcock, Senior Manager of Video Operations & Production, takes on a larger role in overseeing gameday entertainment at Hammons Field, including promotions staff, scoreboard operations, and production. His focus is on enhancing the fan experience.

Caleb Lasher, Senior Account Executive, continues his duties in RED Access Membership and group sales, adding corporate sponsorships. He'll also lead youth baseball clinics and facilitate high school games at Hammons Field.

Dalton Baker, Operations Manager, shifts from sales to lead clubhouse operations, team travel, and housing, as well as stadium operations.

Sheri Hart, Business Manager, transitions from Office Coordinator, taking on financial liaison responsibilities between the club and Diamond Baseball Holdings' regional office.

Aubree Enos, Account Executive, joins the full-time staff after a variety of part-time roles since 2022. With experience in multiple departments, including Box Office Associate, Gameday Ambassador, and Gameday Stringer, she'll focus on sales and youth baseball clinics.

As the defending Texas League Champion, the Springfield Cardinals are set to begin the 2026 regular season at home on April 7 against the Tulsa Drillers. Before the season starts, they'll host the St. Louis Cardinals in an exhibition game, 'Cards vs. Cards, presented by Mercy', on March 23 at Hammons Field.
