Following Salah's assist for Dominik Szoboszlai and a powerful penalty against Brighton, Slot highlighted not only his attacking prowess but also his defensive contributions: "It's great to see him on the scoresheet again, and his assist was exceptional. But what impresses me most is his defensive work rate. That's a very positive development for the team. More and more players are now capable of maintaining this intensity level every three days, which was a challenge earlier in the season. Now, we're seeing the true quality of this squad, and the future looks incredibly bright."
